wow

Less than one day to go before we leave! Even among checking off our packing list, running to Wal-Mart for last minutes items, emailing flight schedules to family, I can still hear God's voice saying "get ready." I hear this voice and think "What do you think I am doing down here?" But God keeps saying "get ready." I realized this morning on the way to work that, yes all of the things I am keeping busy with are important, but I am not preparing my heart to go. WOW.

My prayer for myself and for this team is that we truly anticipate God's work while in Ecuador. God wants Himself known to the people of Ecuador and to the hearts of everyone on the team. Please pray with me that God continues to provide moments and we take advantage of those moments to stop being busy and prepare our hearts for what is ahead.
